At “My Lap Box”, your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We are completely confident that you and your child will be excited and happy with your new “My Lap Box”. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your “My Lap Box” children’s travel tray, you can return the product in exchange for a full refund. All returned “My Lap Box” products must be new and unused items that may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 21 days of the date shipped and kept in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning product(s) to us. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of returned product.

No returns/refunds will be granted after 30 days from the date of shipping.

However, in the event that “My Lap Box” makes an error in the order we will replace the product and ship it Priority Mail via USPS.

Any product that is found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. The defective product should be made available or returned to “My Lap Box” upon request before it is replaced and should only be discarded at the request of “My Lap Box”.

To return or exchange item(s) purchased through, item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please feel free to contact us within 21 days of receiving your “My Lap Box” product to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number. Once a return is authorized, you may then return it. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
